Our portfolio of work includes Weddings (Ceremony & Receptions), Lighting, Corporate Entertainment and Full Event Production, Teen Events (Proms, Bat/Bar Mitzvahs, Sweet Sixteens), and Everything else you may need music for! We bring the energy and passion influenced production to any special event. No event is too small or too large for our innovative creative team to design or entertain. For any event, a DJ/Host can be a contributor to flow and direction, as well as keep guests entertained as much as informed. We can be a part of the planning process and pride ourselves on a full event vision to make sure entertainment or any of our other features are ADDING to the experience. The more you let us in, the better as more personal events can be customized to your liking, which undoubtedly leads to a guests enjoyment as well.
Timeline:
Our services generally begin following a venue for the event, but can really vary depending on the client. For weddings we understand our place in line but are happy to begin the process as early as you are. If a DJ is important to you, we want to be sure we find the right match for you and get the conversation started between you and the DJ you chose. From there communication is always open, but normally reignites closer to the event date, 30-60 days depending on the event. For weddings, we have an online planner to input song choices and other decisions for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception which provide a communication resource between you and your DJ which then comes full circle with a meeting with your selected talent. Any questions throughout the process can be brought up to the in office staff or your selected DJ, but this final review of all the items from start to finish serves as a rehearsal of sorts, all leading up to the big day!
